Hi Nancy

Have read a few of your posts and felt a sense of relief, particularly on our thoughts and allowing all to be and not how we think we should be. Your writing resonated with my feelings and in moments feeling alone with certain spiritual aspects and when a piece of writing does resonate, I like to say thank you.

Dear Nancy,
Your wonderful book, "Inviting a Monkey to Tea", has been the only one (after too many to count) that has truly made me understand, on a visceral level, the truth about how our thoughts work.
I suffer from OCD and extreme levels of anxiety; reading your book has provided a great measure of calm.
However, I'm still working on my fear issues. In three days I'll be travelling abroad and I am terrified of everything that can go wrong; my anxiety and dread are through the roof. So I cling to your words and hope to use them as I travel.
Do you give counseling over the phone? If so, how does it work? It would do me a world of good if I could speak with you before Thursday.
Again, thank you for the help you have already given me with your book.
Warmest regards,
Giselle
