Beautiful!! Beautyful!! And I’m learning something a friend had said. Pause, Pray, Ponder and Proceed. Also the saying Say what you mean. Mean what you say and Don’t day it Mean. The other one is Does it need to be said. Does it need to be said by me. Does it need to be said now. Does it need to be said at all. I had a difficult time setting boundaries and was a doormat for many years. And then I became Passive Aggressive as I kept it all in then eventually blew a fuse. I’m happy now to be more balanced through my Christian Faith sand Buddha teachings as well as 12 step recovery programs and yoga (teacher and student).
Thank you! Blessings.
